We gathered at ANU – Museum of the Jewish People for a panel on leadership, vision, and influence, featuring Miriam Peretz, Ruth Gavison, Yael Arad, and Yaakov Ahimeir. The discussion, moderated by journalist and ILF member Hila Korach, addressed the challenges of leading in a diverse and often divided society.

We explored leadership through vision, understanding people, and creating shared purpose. We were reminded that everyone has the power to influence, and that unity can be built by focusing on common ground.
