The ILF conference was held this time at the Herods Hotel in Herzliya was under the title “Female Leadership in the Public Sector,” and we were privileged to hear personal interviews conducted by the journalist and forum member Hila Korach with Minister of Justice Ayelet Shaked, and with the Mayor of Beit Shemesh, Aliza Bloch. Ayelet Shaked, as party leader, Minister of Justice, and responsible for significant reforms, is a key figure in Israeli society and works extensively in the public sphere. Aliza Bloch is a leader whose whole being is to promote social agendas, and in collaboration with ILF, she established a project to generate economic growth in Beit Shemesh. These two women showed us what leadership is! and are an inspiration to many women and men in the Israeli economy.
