The ILF conference was held at the Herods Hotel in Herzliya under the theme of leadership in the public sector, featuring personal interviews led by journalist and ILF member Hila Korach with Ayelet Shaked and Aliza Bloch. Shaked shared insights from her leadership in government and public reform, while Bloch spoke about values-driven leadership and her work to promote economic growth in Beit Shemesh in collaboration with ILF.
