The ILF CLUB managers and entrepreneurs gathered for a lecture and workshop by Ronan Manelis, former IDF spokesperson, about digital leading, innovation, and storytelling. In the workshop, we learned about the rules of the new world, promoting creative, innovative, and boundary-breaking thinking. We got to know digital tools that every entrepreneur and manager must be familiar with, for leading a long-term strategy, cracking accurate content for specific target audiences, and ways for countries and large corporations to cope with managing crises and decision-making on social networks. 

It was an immersive and quality visit with a Tuscany vibe at the Barkan Winery, the largest winery in Israel, established at the end of the 19th century, where grape varieties from around the world were planted over thousands of dunams. Thanks to the huge variety of grapes, growing areas, fermentation methods, and 6,000 different types of oak barrels, Barkan Winery is especially loved by winemakers and is known in international competitions.
