The Israeli Leadership Forum ILF (non-profit) company number: 515721066 is a network for leaders that promotes innovative civic leadership in various fields of activity (hereinafter: “The Forum”). The forum identifies itself with the values of a free economy, social justice, civic entrepreneurship, and fair government service to the citizens.

Membership in the Israeli Leadership Forum:

1. Membership in the forum is voluntary and subject to the provisions of this regulation, including all amendments that may be done to it from time to time.
2.  One interested in taking part in the Israeli Leadership Forum will submit their application for membership through the forum’s website and pay the application fee as indicated on the forum’s website.
3. A candidate for membership in the forum will not be accepted as an official member only after an acceptance interview conducted by the forum’s admission committee, or telephonic interview, or after written approval by the forum’s search committee, which has the authority to accept or reject candidacy as a member, and subject to their sole discretion which may change from time to time.
4. A forum member will be one who meets the criteria outlined in this chapter, has paid an application fee, undergoes an evaluation or interview before the forum’s admission committee, paid the membership fee, and signed a joining form, all in accordance with the provisions of this regulation (hereinafter: “Forum Member”).
5. A forum member shall be over the age of 21 and identify with the forum’s values ​​and goals, an activist with social and business potential, or holds a senior management position in the public and business sector.
6. Membership is intended for one person only, and the membership, including any right by virtue of it and any benefit granted by virtue of it, is personal and non-transferable.
7. A forum member will be considered to have read and agreed to all provisions of the regulation and the joining form, including any future changes. If they do not agree to them, they are not entitled to join as a member of the forum. The forum reserves its right to change and/or update and/or correct from time to time the provisions of this regulation, all as it deems appropriate and in accordance with its sole discretion and without prior notice.
8. A forum member confirms that they understand that filling out the contact details on the joining form is a condition for membership, as agreeing of their own free will that their name and details, as provided by them when joining the forum, will be used by the forum to promote its activity, conduct information analysis, statistical research and direct mail to members of the forum so that use this information will not be considered an infringement of privacy and will not entitle the member to any relief and/or compensation.
9. The forum member confirms receiving information through various communications, including emails, SMS messages, and/or any other possible means, all subject to the provisions of law.
   
10. The forum member is not entitled to use trademarks, content, names, designs and graphic content, music, files, photos, photographs, videos, text, and symbols that appear on the forum’s website and/or the forum’s Facebook page and/or in the forum’s messages and publications and/or in the forum communications and/or in any other marketing and/or advertising material of the forum, for purposes other than personal and non-commercial use. It is prohibited to copy, use, display, distribute, or allow others to do any of these actions in relation to the content, in any manner, including on websites, publications of any kind and nature, and such.

Member’s fee

11. Joining the forum involves paying an annual membership fee, as stated on the forum website. The membership fees are divided into fixed monthly payments and grant access to the forum’s open events, empower forum members through their promotion and presentation, and provide opportunities for influence in decision-making centers and the entire public sphere.
12. A member who has not paid the membership fee will receive a notification and will pay the outstanding balance in the following month.
13. The forum reserves the right to update, from time to time, the membership fee rates, increase or decrease them, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
14. To avoid any doubt, if a member has joined the forum and paid the membership fees, and subsequently, the membership fees were reduced, the member will not be entitled to any refund and/or discount on the membership fees already paid.

Payment methods

15. Forum membership fees will be paid by credit card only.

Membership cancellation

16. A member who wishes to terminate their membership in the forum must provide a written notice approximately 30 days in advance.
17. The forum, at its sole discretion, may terminate the membership of any member who fails to meet and/or ceases to meet the criteria granting eligibility for membership in the forum and/or performs actions that harm the forum and/or any of its members and/or exploit the members of the forum for personal purposes.
18. The forum reserves its right not to approve membership and/or membership renewal and/or to order the termination of membership at its sole discretion and without any obligation to justify it.
